• Booking requests: client name, email, phone number, service, date, time, and any notes submitted through a studio's booking page.
• Payment information: processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
• Usage data: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) used to keep the service running.

3. How we use your data

• To operate your booking page and deliver booking notifications to the studio owner.
• To process subscription payments via Stripe.
• To send win-back emails on behalf of the studio to their clients (only when the studio owner initiates this).
• To improve and maintain the Aaevora platform.

We do not sell your data to third parties.

4. Data sharing

We share data only with the services needed to run Aaevora:

• Resend — email delivery.
• Vercel — hosting and infrastructure.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing us.
