1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Aaevora, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What Aaevora provides

Aaevora gives beauty businesses a branded booking page and a client win-back tool. We are a software platform — we are not a party to any appointment or transaction between a studio and its clients.

3. Subscription and billing

• Access costs $40/month, billed monthly via Stripe.
• Your subscription auto-renews each month until cancelled.
• You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.

4. Your responsibilities

• Keep your login credentials secure.
• Only send win-back emails to clients who have consented to hear from your business.
• Comply with applicable email laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL) when using the win-back tool.
• Do not use Aaevora for spam, harassment, or any unlawful purpose.

5. Intellectual property

Aaevora and its content are owned by us. You retain ownership of your business name, logo, services, and client data. You grant us a limited license to store and display your data solely to operate the platform.

6. Limitation of liability

Aaevora is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Aaevora after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
